PracticePro Privacy Policy

PracticePro is a practice-planning and practice-tracking app for musicians. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.

Information Stored On Your Device

PracticePro can store your practice items, sessions, goals, daily plans, practice flows, musicianship axes, selected spaces, preferences, and widget summary data on your device. Guest use is local-first.

Optional Account Sync

If you create or sign in to an account, PracticePro uses Firebase Authentication for sign-in and Firebase Firestore to sync supported app data associated with your account. Synced data can include practice sessions, practice items, spaces, daily plans, musicianship axes, and sync metadata. PracticePro does not sell this data.

Purchases

PracticePro Plus purchases are handled by Apple StoreKit and the App Store. PracticePro receives purchase entitlement status from Apple so the app can unlock Plus features. Payment details are handled by Apple.

Calendar, Notifications, Photos, Camera, and Location

• Calendar access is optional and is used only for Calendar Sync and calendar-aware practice prompts.
• Notifications are optional and are used for Practice Signals, break reminders, Musician Care, and calendar-aware prompts.
• Photo library and camera access are optional and are used for practice story exports and custom space backgrounds.
• Approximate location is optional and is used for Journey to resolve a nearby music city for anonymous city-level activity.

Journey Community Data

Journey is designed around broad city-level activity. PracticePro does not publish your name, exact location, profile, individual sessions, exact timestamps, or exact durations. Public Journey activity uses broad city, day, activity, and time-of-day buckets.

Analytics

PracticePro uses Firebase Analytics without advertising identifier support to understand basic app usage and reliability, such as app launch, screen, onboarding, and Focus session events. Analytics is not used for third-party advertising.

Account Deletion

Signed-in users can request account deletion in PracticePro from Settings > Profile. Deleted accounts are marked for cleanup, and associated tracked app data is removed after the cleanup period used by the backend.

Children

PracticePro is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information through PracticePro, use the support page below to request deletion.

Changes

This policy may be updated when PracticePro changes its features, services, or data practices. The updated date above will change when this page changes.
